All Treatment Times include a 5 Min in-room Consultation.

Reservations & Cancellations
We recommend that all reservations are made in advance to best facilitate your preferred time.

Cancellations
All cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatments price. Those made within 2 hours and no shows will be charged in full.

Arrival Time
We ask that you arrive at least 15 Min before your spa appointment. Please note that if you are late, your treatment time will be modified and the full price will be applied.

Children less than 12 years old:
We love children just as much as you do, however for the comfort of other guests, we ask children remain in the comfort of your own home.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for all personal services and products. Please note that these are non-refundable.

Client Care and Health Considerations
To protect your modesty during all treatments, we encourage you to disrobe to your level of comfort. Prior to your treatment, we ask will require you to complete a consultation form to your most current medical status.

Please note that treatments often stimulate increased blood flow which may be contra-indicatory to certain medical conditions. Therefore treatments on ladies in the first trimester of pregnancy will be limited to manicure and pedicures.
